As a native of Colorado, I am proud to call this beautiful place my permanent home. My construction trade skills started off at a very young age. Growing up in Littleton under the guidance of my father, a man who built his 5,000 sq. ft. home with his own hands, granted me many skills. I was swinging hammers and using power tools before leaving grade school, on a sure path to the fulfilling life of a tradesmen. Through my high school years, I worked for my neighbors as a handy man and landscaper taking care of many beautiful homes in Deer Creek Canyon.

After spending a few years in college, I began working for HW Hammond Construction, owned by, Rich Hammond. Rich became my boss, mentor, and lifelong friend and after working together for 6 years he decided it was time to retire and close the doors to HW Hammond. Within a week Zimmat Brothers Construction, a commercial construction company I shared with my brother, was born. After 4 years of success I decided that I wanted some independents from my partner and a career that I could gear towards my own wants and needs in life. As my brother carries the company on with success I have branched off to start Zachary Z’s Construction.

Zachary Z’s Construction is an accomplishment that I am very proud of and an avenue to showcase my broad array of skills that I have mastered over the last 15 years.

I greatly enjoy my time in the mountains and will entertain any construction opportunity that grants me time in these areas. I am dedicated to being efficient and cost effective and for that reason we do have a minimum job size for all areas.
